Do I need a monthly service?
Our monitoring service is optional. Hardware still needs compatible connectivity and a configured tracking platform. If you already use another platform, let us check compatibility.
Is a SIM and mobile data included?
We confirm SIM provision, data costs, mobile network coverage and exactly what is included with your quote. These are not assumed to be part of the hardware price.
Is this a vehicle recovery service?
Location monitoring is not the same as an armed response or vehicle recovery service. No recovery guarantee or emergency response is included unless separately confirmed in a written agreement.
